...widening the circle...

4th Gathering of the Australian Labyrinth Network

St Carmel Retreat Centre is at 247 St Andrews Rd, Varroville in Western Sydney. Just 45 minutes from Sydney Domestic Airport to our quiet scenic venue. We wanted to continue to have a retreat style of gathering where we are nurtured by our sharing of each other's love of the Labyrinth. See Mount Carmel’s' website  for further information about this retreat centre. Please direct all queries to Immanuel ph 0425 239 787 or Viviana 0425 271 049.

Gathering program: Details regarding the Friday workshop are below. The full program of workshops and presentations will be released in the lead up to the gathering. All registrants will be emailed the program when it is released.

Labyrinth building at Mount Carmel: ALN members and friends will be building a brick and grass labyrinth at Mount Carmel leading up to the gathering. This will occur in the weekends before the gathering and is scheduled for 7 and 8 March 2020. If you are interested in helping build the labyrinth please register your interest  and we will keep you informed about the details. Immanuel Creagh  on 0425239787 is co-ordinating this activity.

Thursday 26 March: Optional activity. There is a beautiful community labyrinth built recently at Hurley Park that gathering attendees may like to visit before the gathering. It is located at 51A George St Campbelltown a 15 minute drive from Mount Carmel Retreat Centre. It is made from brick in a classical six circuit Cretan design.  It has a 14m diameter and features more than 270 ceramic tiles around its perimeter. We will be gathering there at 2:30pm for a guided walk after which we will go to Mount Carmel. If you are interested in attending the form please mark this on the registration form and also indicate if you need help getting there from a local train station. Elizabeth 0430999570 is co-ordinating this event.

Pre-Gathering Workshop Friday 27 March 2020: Join Tony Christie for an advanced journey of self-discovery through the ancient symbol of the labyrinth to access your inner wisdom; and find your place of oneness with yourself, with others, and with all of existence.

This day takes labyrinth work to a higher level.  You will learn about the labyrinth as a symbol of Oneness and interconnectedness; including its associations with the Tarot, Alchemy, Mithraism, the Cosmos, crop circles, and more.  Most importantly you will learn how the labyrinth is a symbol of you and represents all aspects of you and your life.

Combining practical knowledge with creative exercises and meditations, Tony will guide you to experience that place of oneness within yourself.  The whole workshop is designed to access the consciousness field of the labyrinth as a stepping stone to the unified field of oneness, where everything exists in harmony and peace.

There is also time for reflection to allow your new learnings and experiences to come together in the safe and nurturing environment created by the labyrinth.

The day will include:
•       Expanding your energy field with the labyrinth
•       Accessing the consciousness field of the labyrinth
•       The connections between the labyrinth and other spiritual paths
•       The Alchemical Labyrinth
•       Melchizedek Labyrinth Meditation
•       Theseus and The Minotaur
•       Melchizedek Labyrinth Healing
•       Guidance through the ‘Labyrinth Wisdom Cards’
•       Magical Uses of the Labyrinth
•       New experiential exercises to experience the labyrinth as a symbol of Oneness
•       And more…”

AGM: The ALN’s AGM will be held at the 2 day gathering. The annual AGM concludes the event where all members have an opportunity to vote and to volunteer to contribute to crucial work and roles by joining the ALN National Council, or by committing to be part of the organising team for the next year’s gathering.
